Autogodai, trading as AutoGod AI, of Plot 13, Folashade Awe Street, Lekki, Lagos 100001, Nigeria, is the data controller for personal data processed through this platform. Contact: support@autogodai.com.

• Account information — email address, display name, optional avatar image, authentication identifiers from Google or Microsoft sign-in, preferred language.
• Vehicle information — make, model, year, engine, mileage and vehicle passport entries you add.
• Diagnostic information — symptoms, fault codes, measurements, test results, saved investigations, maintenance records and notes.
• Uploaded files — photos of components, dashboards, scan reports, invoices and receipts you submit for analysis.
• Purchase information — plan, entitlements, usage counters, order references and payment status received from Paddle. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data — IP address, device/browser data and error logs generated when the service runs.

• Creating and securing your account, and providing the modules you use — performance of our contract with you.
• Generating AI analysis from the information you supply — performance of our contract.
• Billing, entitlements and fraud prevention — contract and legitimate interests.
• Service security, abuse prevention and debugging — legitimate interests.
• Newsletter emails, where you subscribe — consent, withdrawable at any time.

Your prompts, vehicle details, measurements and uploaded images are sent to third-party AI model providers through the Lovable AI Gateway so that a response can be generated. Only the content needed for the request is sent. Do not upload documents containing other people's personal data, number plates or identity documents.

• Lovable — application hosting and the AI Gateway used to run model requests.
• Paddle.com — payment processing and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your billing details, address and tax data directly and acts as its own controller for that data; see the Paddle privacy notice.
• Professional advisers and authorities, only where legally required.

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember your theme and language. Paddle sets cookies needed to run checkout. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run a third-party analytics suite.

Account, vehicle and investigation data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, the associated records and uploaded files are deleted, except transaction records Paddle and we must retain for tax and accounting purposes. Error logs are kept for a short operational period.

Our processors operate infrastructure in several countries, so your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with row-level security so that each account can only read its own records. Uploaded files are held in private storage. Access to production data is limited to those who need it to operate the service.

Subject to your local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent for marketing. Email support@autogodai.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.

Request deletion from your profile page or by emailing support@autogodai.com. Deletion is permanent and removes your saved investigations.

We may update this notice; the effective date above always shows the current version. Material changes will be announced in the app.
