Terms of Service

AutoGod AI is operated by Autogodai, of Plot 13, Folashade Awe Street, Lekki, Lagos 100001, Nigeria("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing, you enter into a contract with us. Support: support@autogodai.com.

By creating an account, continuing to use the platform, or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use AutoGod AI. If you are using it for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

A software-as-a-service automotive intelligence platform: AI diagnostic investigations, evidence grading, test-result interpretation, electrical coaching, engineering illustrations, component vision analysis, maintenance intelligence and customer-facing report translation. Access is granted through a free tier, paid subscriptions, and one-time investigation purchases.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected.

You may not reverse-engineer the service, resell or redistribute output as a competing product, circumvent usage limits or seat counts, scrape the platform, or share account credentials outside the seats included in your plan.

• Curious (free) — daily allowance of quick diagnoses; AI reasoning and internal calls count against that allowance.
• Full Investigation — $3.99, a one-time purchase unlocking one saved case permanently.
• Additional Investigation — $3.49, a discounted one-time purchase for subscribers who have used their monthly allowance.
• Garage Hero — $6/month, 15 full investigations per month.
• Workshop — $19/month, 100 full investigations per month and up to 5 technician seats.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and invoicing are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page or the Paddle customer portal; your plan remains active until the end of the period already paid for. Monthly allowances reset each billing period and unused investigations do not roll over. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

AutoGod AI is a decision-support and educational tool. AI output may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect and does not constitute a guaranteed diagnosis or professional advice.

Never rely on it alone for safety-critical work including brakes, steering, suspension, airbags and restraints, fuel systems, and high-voltage hybrid or EV components. Always verify against the manufacturer's official service data and have safety-critical work carried out or checked by a qualified technician before the vehicle is driven.

You are solely responsible for any work performed on a vehicle, including following correct isolation, torque and safety procedures and complying with local law, emissions rules, insurance conditions and warranty terms. Aftermarket installations may affect warranty, insurance or roadworthiness.

Provide accurate details, keep them updated, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and, for Workshop plans, for the technicians you invite to your seats.

You retain ownership of photos, scan reports, measurements and notes you upload, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload. Rights-holders may request removal of infringing content by emailing support@autogodai.com; repeat infringement results in account termination.

Do not use AutoGod AI for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, infringement, or to interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping). Specifically, do not use it to bypass immobilisers or anti-theft systems, defeat emissions controls, tamper with odometers, or perform any illegal modification. We may moderate, restrict or remove content that breaches these rules.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change or be withdrawn. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination you may request an export of your investigation data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we exclude indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profit, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your uploaded content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version and continued use after an update means acceptance.
