Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of the payment date for any AutoGod AI purchase — a monthly subscription or a one-time investigation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

Refunds are processed by Paddle. Request one at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or contact us at support@autogodai.com and we will raise it with Paddle for you. Please include your order/receipt reference.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page or through the Paddle customer portal; cancellation stops all future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

A renewal charge can be refunded within 14 days of that charge where the plan has not been substantially used in the new period. Periods already fully used are not normally refundable.

A Full Investigation ($3.99) or Additional Investigation ($3.49) is a one-time purchase that unlocks a specific saved investigation. Because the analysis is generated and delivered immediately, refunds are given within 14 days where the investigation failed to generate, was delivered incomplete, or was charged in error.

We do not refund an investigation simply because the diagnosis did not match a later finding — AutoGod is a decision-support tool and does not guarantee a diagnosis. If the analysis was clearly defective, contact support and we will re-run it or refund it.

Duplicate charges, failed deliveries and service faults are always corrected. Email support@autogodai.com and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a full refund through Paddle. Expected reply time is within 2 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights available to you under the law of your country of residence, including any statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights. Where local law grants you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The seller of the AutoGod AI service is Autogodai.
